Daniel Murillo

CEO

Daniel oversees investment activities at the company, including acquisitions, dispositions, capital raising, debt financing, property rehabilitation and management. Prior to AQP, Daniel was the CEO & Founder of Little Black Bag, as well as a Venture Capitalist at Greycroft Partners. He began his career as a Program Manager at Microsoft. This unique background of investing and technology has enabled AQP 
to develop a powerful set of software tools used in investment analysis and property management.
Daniel is on the Board of Advisors of St. Francis Hospital in Lynwood, CA and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Santa Monica Bay chapter. He is a native Spanish speaker, enjoys skiing, 
running marathons, playing guitar and coaching soccer.
Daniel has a BA in Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Amherst College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Brent Lowry

CFO

Brent oversees the accounting and finance functions of the company, including analyzing the financial performance of the portfolio, investor relations, and managing the accounting and junior analyst team. 
Prior to AQP, Brent was the Controller and co-head of North American operations for Focusrite Novation  Inc., a UK-based public corporation that manufactures and distributes audio interfaces, speakers, and 
keyboards for the music and voiceover industry. Prior to his business career, he taught 7th and 8th grade math for three years in the Los Angeles Unified School District as a Teach for America Corps 
Member.
Brent holds a BA in Political Science and a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
